Tzfat Klezmer Festivals
In 2002, we were honored to be invited to perform in the International Klezmer Festival in Tzfat, Israel. This led to performances in the 2003 and 2004 Festivals, as well.
This summer, after a six year absence, we were again invited to perform at the Festival, which was August 10, 11 and 12. We again performed with the band name “Leviim” (“Levites”) and were pleased to include the new and welcome additions of Dr. Jacob Goldberger on clarinet, sax and recorders and his son, Jonathan, on drums and guitar.
Stay tuned for future updates to our picture pages!

Hope your trip to Israel was nice and safe.
I am Jocelyne’s and Aristotle’s son, Lucdwin. Everyone just calls me Luck. As you already know. I’m living in Jersualem working at the American Consulate. My mother told me that you wanted to meet me, but I’m afraid I did not come around to calling you before your flight. If you read this in time before you head back to the states my number is +972-54-975-5656. Well, hope everything works out fine and that you’ll have a wonderful performance. Take care!
Shalom Alechem!

Shalom!
Sorry we missed you…we did not check web site entries while in Israel. Had a great trip. Played in Tzfat at the Klezmer Festival all 3 nights, then played for Beit Yona, an assisted living place in Be’er Sheva. Otherwise, just visited with old friends and enjoyed the heat. (It will cool down there now that we are home again…) Take care!

Saw you at the Cascades and I thought you mention Temple Beth-El in Ft. Myers in Feb. for a festival.
Can’t find it on your calendar.
Judy
Yes, Judy, we are at Temple Beth El in Ft. Myers for the Fruit Festival. It will be February 12th. Sorry for the slow updates on this site, but check back often for more. (As I understand it, there will be an Israel Fest in April, as well.)
